Tactical Warfare is a total conversion mod for World In Conflict. Based off the Command and Conquer 3 In-Development Mod, the mod will be based on a conflict between Soviet Russia and the North American Union. Each side will be based on realism and will still feature a unique and realistic army based on the real life equivalent. This mod uses real weapons in development and the same goes with the technology it uses. Game play will focus on realistic tactics and weapon damages. In addition to the current weapon systems, Tactical Warfare will use several future concepts such as the Future Combat System, and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
As the 21st century unfolds, tensions rise and tempers flare as a chain of events sets into to motion the largest conflict the world has ever seen. Tactical Warfare will place you in the middle of it, leading the army of your choice to glorious victory or utter defeat.
In February of 2015, the newly formed North American Union declares war on Iranian following a bombing by Iranian Revolutionary Guards aimed at taking out the NAU leadership. As NAU forces mass on the Iran Iraq border, a North Korean cargo ship is boarded while approaching Iranian waters. When it is discovered that the ship was carrying tactical ballistic missiles, the NAU immediately moves on North Korea as well. With its forces split and poised to strike in two different parts of the world, will you take command of the NAU and lead the fight against terrorism and rogue states, or will you take command of the Iranian or North Korean forces and wage war in a struggle for your sovereignty against the invaders?
At the same time, the Ukraine signs the final documents granting them admission into the European Union. The following day, Russian troops cross the border in an effort to keep the old Soviet satellite from joining the EU. In response, the EU deploys it forces to defend its new territory, thereby plunging most of Europe into a state of war. Will you take the reins and protect Mother Russia’s interests, or will command the EU’s forces and defend the new member state?
All the while, the price of oil has sky rocketed and China is beginning to suffer from its massive energy needs. With its sources in the Middle East fighting for their lives, China’s flow of oil is slowing coming to a trickling halt. When Russia goes to war with the EU, China sees a chance for its salvation. Without warning, they move on the Russian oil fields in Siberia. Will you lead the charge towards saving the Chinese economy or will you take your troops and fight to defend the motherland’s resources?

To install the mod, copy it into your:
...\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\World in Conflict\Mods\ folder.
(create new folder for each mod)
...\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Dokumente\World in Conflict\Mods\ Verzeichnis.
(erstelle ein neues Unterverzeichnis für jeden Mod)
