|
Get ready to roll out! Two of the winning maps from the official World in Conflict map contest, Arizona and Valley, are now finally officially released! The two maps, made by Slepnyrl and Gozeus respectively, charmed the World in Conflict team with a well-balanced Tug of War map and a visually stunning DX10 map in the contest.
Massive is very proud to finally see these maps playable on the official World in Conflict servers. The maps can be downloaded when you log on to Massgate, so go grab them and play!
Please note that you might have to delete older versions of the maps if you’ve downloaded previous iterations.

 | Skulls of Treasure Island - First 3D Model released ... 2008-08-13 17:57:25
| Some days ago the Throwface modteam released a first 3D Model for their upcoming
"Skulls of Treasure Island" World in Conflict Mod ...
They also annouced that they are able to use motion capturing for several animations.
We are very proud to announce that we had the opportunity to use motion capturing for several animations used in Skulls of Treasure Island. The guys from Z-Software (www.z-software.de) visited our university of applied sciences to present their Motion Capture Studio on our open day. None of us ever expected to be working with motion capturing, when we started to work on "SOTI" last year. We would like to say thanks to Z-Software and the Mediadesign Hochschule for supporting our little modification that much! We can't wait to present the results of this awesome experience to the community as soon as possible.
